These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of connectaclaim.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program operated by Connect a Claim ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms.
If you opt in, we will send text messages related to your inquiry, including scheduling an initial call, appointment reminders, intake follow-ups, and secure links for completing and e-signing documents. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving our services.
You will receive text messages only after you provide your consent, for example by checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provided.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number that sent you the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may also contact us at contact@connectaclaim.com or (877) 402-2001 to opt out. If you want to receive messages again, you can opt in again at any time.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at contact@connectaclaim.com or (877) 402-2001.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
Your consent under these Terms covers text messages from us only. An attorney or advocate in our network may text you only if you have separately consented to receive messages from that party.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit an inquiry. You may not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
The Site and our communications are for general informational and referral purposes and are not legal advice. Submitting an inquiry or communicating with us does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any such relationship arises only if you and an attorney agree to it in writing. We are not a law firm. Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the Site or by text message before an attorney has agreed to represent you. Deadlines can apply to claims, so consider seeking advice promptly.
We may refer your inquiry to attorneys and advocates in our network, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that any attorney or advocate will accept your matter or that you will obtain any particular result.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site or messaging program after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
